Human Resources Department

The Murdoch Center Human Resources Department provides leadership and support in creating and sustaining human resource systems to recruit, develop, motivate and retain a diverse and competent workforce. The Staff in Human Resources supports all employees at the Center with a variety of programs including hiring, confidential employee relations counseling, employee assistance, benefits and retirement services, compensation and payroll liaison, personnel records, and workers compensation administration and safety.

This office is an extension of the Department of Health and Human Services Division of Human Resources and operates under the guidance of the North Carolina Office of State Personnel.
